PAF protected versions of PartMaker Version 2010 and higher provide an automatic link to enable you to download the latest customer releases, support packs and documentation on PartMaker.

For example to download updates from within PartMaker go to the Help menu and select 'Check for PartMaker Updates', as shown below.

Please note, you will only be able to follow the process above if you are running a PAF protected version of PartMaker Version 2010 of higher. Effective with the release of PartMaker Version 2010, the PartMaker 'Support Zone' accessed via your company PIN will no longer be in service. If the PC running PartMaker is not connected to the Internet then you can use a different PC with an Internet connection to download online releases from http://updates.delcam.com. The online release can then be transferred to the PC running the Delcam product (e.g. via memory stick or network server).

Users with a valid PartMaker maintenance agreement are eligible to have PartMaker installation media shipped directly to them free of cost, including an installation CD and CD containing up to date PartMaker documentation including product manuals and instructional videos.
